CEO & Co-Founder • DPO / GDPR Expert • UAT Digitalization Specialist Valentin Oprea is the CEO and co-founder of GovPartner, responsible for the strategic coordination of digitalization projects for local public administrations and partner institutions. He has solid expertise in the areas of DPO, data protection (GDPR), IT project management and the implementation of digital solutions for UATs. With extensive experience in compliance, digital administrative processes and operational management, Valentin ensures the technical and procedural supervision of all projects, guaranteeing compliance with institutional standards, the legal framework and security requirements.
